Nonresidential Building Fires

Report Date: July 2018

The US Fire Administration has compiled a study of nonresidential building fires in the United States from 2014 to 2016. The report includes data detailing information such as the causes of fires, time of fires, fire spread, and fatalities.

There are lessons to be learned about nonresidential fires that should be used to better understand fires and fight them more efficiently and effectively.
